Odisia - Hyde
We were given a blank canvas by a trusting client and free rein to design a bespoke home. The brief was simple, maximise the south facing views and deliver the wow factor the site deserves. Our design steps the building into the site’s topography to minimise impact on the Green Belt, while a series of external terraces capture the sun and frame the outstanding views.
Bespoke Dwelling - Congleton
Our brief was to unlock value from a large family plot. We obtained planning approval to split the site, enabling a contemporary four bedroom bespoke dwelling and a detached double garage, while the original home is retained. The result creates two high quality residences and significantly enhances the overall value of the estate.
Replacement Farmhouse - Biddulph Moor
At INO, we have a soft spot for a farmhouse, so we were delighted to help a local farmer design a replacement for their long-abandoned home. The original farmhouse had been vacant for over twenty years and was sadly beyond repair, but this gave us the opportunity to reuse its stone to create a new dwelling that blends rural character with contemporary living. The result combines practical farm life features, such as generous boot rooms, with modern comforts including luxury en suites, a library, and a roof terrace.
